Remodel Phase 2...

Here's Junior putting up the hardiback over the fireplace...

So I learned what hardiback is. (I think that's how you spell it.)

Yesterday, Nov. 1st., we got the granite!!

YAY!!!

and the sink, still not hooked up though.

And now the beginning of the stone on the fireplace begins.

This will be done today.I need to decide WHAT to do about the hearth there. They can tile that or paint it or do whatever we want. Any suggestions??

Thanks for all the support with this project. It's way more stressful than I imagined.

Grandmother and Bennett...

Dad was able to bring Grandmother to visit Megan and Bennett in Santa Monica.

She REALLY enjoyed seeing this cute little bundle of joy!!

Megan is always so great about letting us come visit...Thanks Megan!

He's really quite fasinated with her...is it her hair??

He liked playing with her cane too.

It's so cute how he loves climbing over things...such a BIG boy now!!

Where to next?

Oh to me!

Our precious little Bennett!

Love him SO much!!!!

Daniel's graduation and receiving his pilot's wings!!!

Hooray!!!!

Such a happy and proud father.

LOVE this picture!

We had such a fun time with Daniel's parents, grandparents and Uncle Tom and Cousin Malorie.

Ahhh...tender.

Julie makin' bread.

YUM!!

Our new favorite country singer, Josh Turner.

Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis.

Andrew Jackson and his wife lived in this home for 17 years.

I actually petted this horse! Notice the beautiful fall colors.

Couldn't get over the beauty of all the colors!

Okay, since we've been home from seeing Julie and Daniel, this is a TASTE of what has been going on at home.....
