Our first peach blossom appeared when we got home from visiting Karen. We are SO excited!!

A week or so ago, I walked outside to find THIS at the bottom of our pool!!
I can't say I'm sorry it's dead....it killed itself....
I don't want you to think Dad jumped in the pool right after fishing the gopher out...it was about a week later, after checking that all the chemicals were right.
A little too cold for me, but maybe tomorrow....

It was a beautiful venue right off the beach.

You can see there aren't any people there, but once we started playing the seats filled.
After playing for 3 hours we were asked to play an additional hour.
I was seriously expecting my fingers to bleed at any moment!

It was 70 degrees.

The gophers family was notified and a suicide note was later found. The note read "Laurie, just when i thought i had nothing left, you took my dirt. i hope you're happy"
